Here are some photos of ants taken with the macro lens I got for Christmas. They are quite high resolution, so you can zoom in on them a bit without it going all pixelated. Something weird happened to the photos though when I uploaded them. Now they seem to go blurry rather than pixelated when you zoom in.

Oh, it didn't work.
Do I have permission to post the links to the images without the IMG tags?

Thanks Myrm!
The last one is of an ant lifting up a clay granule, which it later drops on the worm. My ants seem to do this with everything wet. Maybe for safety?

Ants often drop small things into "wet food" which they then carry back to the nest to allow other ants and larvae to suck on the thing to obtain the food that has soaked into the thing. Sometimes ants will drop things into wet areas to soak up the excess water. Hope to see some more of your pictures, Billy, as you have a good eye for photos.

Thanks. Well, maybe I should give them something more suitable, as I don't think they can get a large, wet clay granule up the acrylic, through the tube and into the upright nestbox.

Here's another one. I've had to scale it down to fit it in the attatchment, but the actual size is over 6 MP. Attachments:
