Hi guys, I recently visited Marwell Zoo in Hampshire with my fiancé. They had an impressive leaf cutter ant colony on display. It was brilliant! I highly recommend checking it out. But obviously not everyone on the forum lives close enough to visit this place, so i filmed and edited together a video so you can all enjoy it. I have seen a colony on display at Colchester Zoo also. But it was all in one tank so this is by far the more elaborate one. Jay.

Nothing beats the one I saw at Longleat Safari Park. The feeding area was open, and surrounded by a moat of water. There was nothing between me and the ants. I rescued an unfortunate worker which was drowning in the water. If you, or anyone else, ever pays a visit there, I would highly recommend taking a look.
