The test tube with my queen in it has dried up. I have another new one taped to it. How do I get her to move?

The test tube with my queen in it has dried up. I have another new one taped to it. How do I get her to move? Are they taped together end to end so that she can freely move across? If so then I would leave them like that and let her move when she is ready. Perhaps she prefers it like that.

Do I keep one end in the dark? Yes, that would be a good idea, perhaps the end you want her to move into.

If she isn't used to the light, cover the end you wan't her to go to in black paper. maybe put some sugar water in the other one, it'll Most probably make her move.
