I've ordered some lemani from deansyme that should arrive tomorrow - i think. I've got my foraging area from antstore set up already, but my ytong from queenantshop wont arrive until at least friday!!!
will the little guys be okay until then? should i put them in the foraging area in the tube?
help me guys

How many workers? I have a 4 queen 20+ worker colony and I still havnt orderd my stuff, I debating ove Tarheelants and queenantshop

Well i must say james at queen ant shop is incredibly helpful and has told me that he has done all sorts of extras to mine that i asked for at no extra cost. he's local to me (london) too. I havent recieved my yton yet, but so far hes been great.
Dean is brilliant too. again, ants note here yet, but very helpful and gives me so much time for advice, etc.
I think its 2 queens and 15-20 workers and lots of brood

extra exit holes, a 3d effect on the tunnels, so some deeper some shallower, etc. I'll photo it when it comes, but i suggest sending him an email and discussing it with him. hes really helpful

Just to throw this out there, but THA does custom designs, and can do shallow/deep chambers ect. as well.

Yep let them choose where they feel comfortable staying they will decide when they want to move.
