So much activity while I'm away >.<.
It's vAry Interesting to come back and join in with everybody, I'm upset I didn't have the time to welcome Plemon, So welcome Plemon!
I've never kept Lf or seen them in the wild which is an upset but hopefully the nuptial flights one day will bring them ever so close to me so I can catch a glimpse of these lovely ants, They don't seem to nest around the north-east, They are generally near Devon/Cornwall in the meadows right? I'm not an expert on flavus.
Hope you enjoy your colony, and Congratulations on winning that Setup! It's brilliant!

I have been interested in ants since about june last year I didn't really have time to prepare for the nuptial flights and this is probably why my Ln queen died. but lasius flavus would probably do well in this setup

I have only ever seen L.Flavus recently in the wild and have never kept them before. I found a small nest in the long jump pit at school When the nuptial flights start I may have to sneak onto the school feilds and catch a few flavus alates Thank you rubra
