You're going to need to be a bit more specific. Are you talking about filming ants in your ant farm nest or an ant nest in the wild? If the latter then you'll need those super-thin HD cameras with remote movement capabilities. The camera has to be tiny enough to easily fit into the tunnels without damaging or blocking them or preventing ants from moving about freely. They cost hundreds of thousands of £ for a professional one like the ones the use on TV documentaries.
If you mean the former then you simply need a HD camera, some mobile phones have a good enough camera for this.

The footage you see of ants inside their nests is almost always done within specially crafted formicaria.

I would love one of those very expensive, very small cameras used in documentaries. To be able to see an ant's nest from their size.
