I think this is Myrmica Sabrinodis but it could be Ruginodis.
I have kept Ruginodis before and the workers look alot like your queen, but queens don't always look like the workers. I personally believe this to be Scabrinodis, It would be a ton easier to diagnose if there were any workers as Myrmica workers all have something different where as the queens do not.
To me this really doesn't look like a Sabuleti queen, due to the fact sabuleti are normally DEEP ruby red where as yours looks more reddy brown (Typical in the other species) ;D.

It will be easier to tell which species once some workers are born. For now, we should probably only speculate.

Vaseline doesn't work with all species. Place a lid on the containers.

Today, I found a queen floating around in the swimming pool. I picked her up and placed her in a test tube... I am doingpreatty well with 3 queens, and the "propper" flights havn't even started! L)

She is defianately Myrmica, people think that it is Scabrinodis or Sabuleti.
