I went into my garage to check on two Lasius neoniger queens that were hibernating. To my shock, one was on her back, unmoving! I immediately took them to my room, warming the test tubes with my hands and blowing hot air in the one with the queen who was on her back. I hope she makes a recovery, as she is moving a small amount. Our temperatures dropped unexpectedly and went way below 32 F, endangering them.

Lol, i'm so sorry but when I read this post I couldn't stop laughing! - Not because of the queen in peril, but because I had this image in my head of you quickly rushing the queen inside and desperately trying to warm the test tube up. ;D But overall I wish you and the queens all the best. Fingers crossed.
