Hi Guys,
After reading about AntsCanda's success with pumice stone and Tetramorium I have decided to give it a go once more. I have purchased a stone that is 5.5 inches long (Approx. 14 cm) and in the range of 2-2.5 inches tall. The link to the product is below.

I have started this contest so that I could have some other input about nest design and to give you guys an opportunity to show your creativity on the forum. If you want to participate please let me know here.

This is a contest to show who are our most talented members are, and to allow others to show their creativity.
If you would like to participate, please read the following carefully. It is a list of important requirements.
The final designs must be turned in by the end of Thursday, November 3rd to be eligible. The designs will be voted for on Friday and I will begin construction ASAP. Please post design in this thread.
Design Prizes:
1st - 2 Exalts & Recognition & possible discount at future store (undecided)
2nd - 1 Exalt & Recognition
Note that if my design wins I will not take any prizes.

Your design could be more complicated or simpler.
Info about Pumice Stone Ant Nests
Pumice stone is a porous material that can easily be carved like Y-Tong. Unlike Y-Tong, it distributes water across its surface through capillary action, as seen in this video:
As well as an advanced nest seen here:
The 'L _' shaped watering system is currently the only working system that has been found with pumice stone nests. You must include one of these that resemble the one in my example.

- Must include the same watering system shown on my design.
- Tunnels and Chambers must be of adequate size compared to Tetramorium
- Edges must have enough space to silicone nest to glass
- Design must be to scale
- Must incorporate both tubing holes
