Hi, I just wondered if you ever find a queen on holiday can you "legally" bring her home? Or does this depend on the country .

Hi, I just wondered if you ever find a queen on holiday can you "legally" bring her home? Or does this depend on the country . I don't think the UK allows you to bring any live creatures in through customs. I think they have to go via freight.

Are you saying that i could just stuff it in a suitcase? Jon Bin Lid, I think that a queen would get rather stressed when the bag was handled roughly by the airline workers. The word 'fragile' doesn't come in their dictionaries.

Are you saying that i could just stuff it in a suitcase? No, what I am saying is this (from the HMRC website): The following are also banned but in certain cases may be brought into the UK if you have the relevant licence, permit or defence:
firearms, explosives and ammunition realistic imitation firearms offensive weapons including swords with a curved blade exceeding 50cms in length live animals endangered animals or plants - see section below 'souvenirs from endangered species' certain fur skins and articles made from fur skin certain radio transmitters rough diamonds
