You need to learn yourself how much they will take which will always be changing anyway as they grow in size (as a colony)
For that size a very small amount of honey every few days should be enough plus the odd bit of fruit (cut a small bit off) etc, and it depends what source of protein you give? I have a similar sized colony and plan to give them 1 or max 2 mini mealworms per week

If you have an outworld that won't mould you can let your ants choose Just give them lots until you get the rough idea of how much they eat after how many days. Unless it's a Y-tong nest where they can store loads of food as it may mould. I leave honey in a small dish as a constant and insects one every week or so. Depends on the species. Myrmica, for instance eat lots of insects. LaSiUs
