If I use super glues to attach tubing can it harm the ants once it's dry?

I don't expect so. However, superglue does smell very chemically, which may put the off. It shouldn't harm them once it's dry.

You could always test it with a few workers. Leave them in the setup for about 24 hours and, at the end of that period, if none have perished then it should be safe!

I am not entirely sure. If you do use it I would let it air out for at least 24 hours.
