Yes, It is Lemani I can ID that now, Fusca are deep black nearly all of their body, unlike yours, Yours seems of a similar colour with browner legs, More like Formica Lemani.

I'm a bit worried. This queen now has 4 pupae/cocoons, 3 of them are nice and round like little pills but one looks a bit deflated is this normal? Please tell me that I'm worrying about nothing

Unlike your typical Lasius, Formica cocoons often look a bit deflated when nearing the point of eclipsing. That's a good sign!

Unlike your typical Lasius, Formica cocoons often look a bit deflated when nearing the point of eclipsing. That's a good sign! Eclosing.
