My ship goes away for 8 months in October so I am going to keep her in my locker on the ship for that time we are away and then take her home when I get a month off after we get back.

Hi all. Flights are happening all around my area in Thamesmead. I am actually quite annoyed with the ants. There only seems to be L.niger in my area! I walked all around the loal woods, and even through the local marsh looking for other speciels, but only L.niger! GRRRRR! Questions: Where can I find some flavus and rubra? I really want a colony of each but lady luck does not smile upon me today. Are their flights later? Or have I missed them?! Thanks all.

Thanks all.
Despite it being flying ant day all day, I only managed to find L.niger alites. I am really disappointed. I have been walking for 8 hours strait today through woodland, marsh, rivers, lakes and all kinds or terrain and I only found L.niger.
(Super mega sad face)

I had a mini flight where I am (Southend) In which I obtained 3 queens, 1 of which layed eggs in the bottle I had them in. They happily work together and are caring for eggs from a rock I lifted up in my grandparents house. But I think the bigger flight will be here soon!
